When to use it?

Depending on the mold size, rotational molding can be used to run high or low volume parts.  Small parts can be ran with multiple cavities per arm to maximize output.  Large single molds can also be ran to produce much larger parts.  Rotational molding tooling is relatively inexpensive to source which can be ideal when starting a product.  Because of this a lot of our customers are taking expensive sheet metal designs and converting them to a roto molding product.  If you are interested in rotational molding – or if you have questions about the process, please let us know.  We want to help you make an informed decision that benefits your business.  We will also let you know if your projects specifications exceed our capabilities.
