Plastic Manufacturing Facilities
We operate from a 127,000 square foot facility equipped with sixteen rotational molding machines. Other plastics processing equipment includes 5-axis CNC twin table routers, liquid and dry color blending equipment, and polyethylene foam filling equipment.
Thanks to our large rotomolding facilities, we are also able to provide in-house maintenance on all plastic molds, PVC plastisol compounding and storage systems, and a 150,000 pound polyethylene storage system.
